MediBand Allergy Bracelet Review

Introducing MediBand. A range of wristbands, part of a big brand of medically labeled clothing and accessories that are perfect whenever you’re away from home. I first discovered this company on Tomoson, and I received this band free of charge to give my honest review.

The band comes in S, M, L and XL and I went for M. Now I’d say that the M is more closer to a small as I had a little difficulty in getting it on. I have fairly slim wrists so it fitted on snugly, but this is something that you should consider if you purchase it. My only allergy is penicillin which is used in some antibiotics. I’m not quite sure what happens if I take this stuff, but I can imagine it’s not pretty.

Now I’m not going to be wearing this band every day, I just don’t think it’s feasible. However, I do have a holiday coming up in August where I am going to be abroad and I definitely think this would be a great opportunity for me to wear it whilst on holiday. I think it’s important that if I were in a situation in a foreign country or somewhere perhaps, where I was alone and unable to speak, that I’d be able to let the doctors treating me that I had an allergy. This would then obviously save time for those helping me, to give me the proper treatment needed.

The band comes in various forms; dog tags, braclets, keyrings and wallet cards. These are all available to purchase from the website here.  It’s all recommended by doctors and they have stores all across the globe. So, no matter where you are, you can buy one.

So why not get something that might one day (hopefully never needed) help save your life? The sillicon bracelets start from a mere £2.25.
