Give me a clap on the back, look at me getting all complex on my skincare regime (and yes using more than one skincare product on my face suffices as a complex routine) Eden's Semilla first got in touch to send me their Jojoba oil, which I'm pretty much half way through. I recently got the pleasure of trying out another one of their products and this was the Vitamin E Oil.
I thought I'd give you a little insight into my weekly skincare regime at the moment. I've been using the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Wash and Face Mask a few times a week both as a wash and as a mask. This 2-in-1 product is great to lather up onto the skin with warm water and I also use the product as a mask once or twice a week.
I use my cheap as chips, Tom Ford dupe makeup brush to apply the mask. I find using this brush much easier and less messier than using my fingers. I then add a little warm water to my sonic cleansing brush and gently rotate it around in circles to stimulate the blood flow and work the mask deep into the pores.
I've definitely been experiencing an abnormal spot breakout over the past couple of months and it's mainly due to stress. Unfortunately there's little I can do to help the situation, other than to indulge my skin in a bit of TLC. I finished off with the Eden Semilla's Vitamin E Oil. This oil contains organic Rosehip oil which is one of the top anti-aging oils around. It also contains more of my favourite oil which is the Jojoba oil - great for moisturising the skin.
I recommend using only 2-3 drops of the oil as it's quite rich. What you don't want is to use too much and end up with a very oily face. You just want enough that soaks into the skin and doesn't leave any oil sitting on top. If that makes any sense whatsoever...
You can get this oil here from Amazon for just £12.95 which is a bargain for how much product you get. Using 2-3 drops of this a day will probably last you for a good few months and I intend to get every last drop of it out!
