So I’ve been signing up some more of our bills onto the Wonder Bill app as part of their #BillBrave campaign and there is something quite comforting about having everything in one place. Since apps are insanely popular, any new ones that come onto the market definitely have a tough challenge ahead of themselves. Hopefully with Wonder Bill I’ll be able to save money from being aware of my monthly outgoings which got me dreaming about what I’d love to spend these extra savings on.
It’s an endless list and I expected nothing less because myself and Sam were really starting from scratch when it came to furniture in our new place. We’re slowly buying more furniture but it’s still super expensive and with a wedding to save for, we really need every last penny we can get.
So if I manage to save money on my bills, most of it would be going on the furniture that we’re itching to buy.
Weekend Getaways are definitely becoming a favourite of mine. It gives you something to look forward to instead of one big blowout of a holiday per year. Myself and Sam have already explored Rome and Paris and we’ve got our sights set on Amsterdam, Dublin, Prague and Venice to name but a few.
I think it’s important that everyone experiences different cultures because that’s what makes us more open-minded and accepting of others. Living in London and going to university are two aspects of my life that if they hadn’t have happened, I think I’d definitely be more close-minded about a lot of things.
I’m working like a trooper on my blog at the moment and it’s all working towards getting myself an iMac. I have longed for one of these dreamy desktops forever and I’m desperately after my own office sanctuary.
No longer will I have to sit uncomfortably on my bed when blogging or get distracted from working on the sofa, in front of the TV.
I’m definitely in need of a wardrobe revamp. I think over the next month or so, I’m going to find a weekend where I can just get rid of those items I never wear because it’s only taking up space.
I think I’m definitely starting to find a more uniformed and mature style that’s both stylish and reflects my personality. GO GURL!
I’m not going to be the type of person who will cut corners on our wedding. I want to be able to afford everything both me and Sam would want from our wedding. So even if it takes us an extra year longer to save, I don’t care.
Now life certainly isn’t about money. It really doesn’t make you truly happy but it shouldn’t be the thing that stops you from living your life to the fullest. Download Wonder Bill and let me know if you manage to save money on your bills.
