Personally, I’m not one who regularly takes vitamins but something has definitely changed since this whole covid malarky hit us. I’ve found that I’ve been more concerned over my body’s health and whether or not I’m getting enough of the right thing. Personally, I think I could do with more iron, and my doctor has told me that most people in the UK need Vitamin D because we don’t get enough sunshine in this country. So here’s why it’s important now more than ever to take vitamins.

When it comes to bodily function, it’s definitely important to utilise what you can take in the form of supplements, to help everything flow and operate as it should. Vitamins are a great way to help when you’re not feeling great too because they can help with some of those nutrients that you might have lost in the process.
