Keeping My Teeth Healthy

– SPONSORED CONTENT –

I’ve always liked my teeth. I’ve never had to get braces and even though they’ve shifted slightly, I’m not conscious of how they appear at the moment. When Kiln Lane Dental got in touch though, it did make me think about not having been to the dentist in so long and that I’m well overdue for a checkup. So in order to keep my teeth healthy, here are a few procedures that I’d consider getting in the future.

Teeth Healthy

Invisalign

Even though I don’t feel conscious about the slight change in my teeth, I would still consider getting Invisalign because I do have wisdom teeth growing at the back of my mouth in all four corners and if they ever grow through fully, that could be a problem. Invisalign is appealing to me because there’s no need for unsightly metal braces that don’t look comfortable or appealing to wear. It’s also cool that they’re custom-made to fit your mouth only.

Teeth Whitening

With the amount of coffee I now drink, it’s certainly had an impact on the whiteness of my teeth. I think if I had them professionally done, I’d see such a huge difference. It’s something that I’m definitely considering to treat myself before my wedding but maybe in between now and then, I can get them done just to see what it looks like.

Veneers

My teeth are certainly chipped in places and so veneers are a suitable option to think about to replace any worn teeth, hide any small gaps that might appear and improve alignment in general. It’s a more costly process sure but it’s a great investment if you’ve done extensive damage to your teeth that has left you with a lack of confidence.

Having healthy teeth is definitely important to me so I’m certainly registering with the dentists as soon as I can.
