Looking After Your Health In 2023 With Day Lewis Pharmacy | Head To Toe Health MOT

It’s important that you’re looking after your health, regardless of your age. When we do get ill, we realise just how vulnerable our bodies are and can be when struck with an illness. From a common cold to a broken bone, it’s important you’re doing everything to keep an eye on your health and well-being in 2023. Day Lewis Pharmacy’s Head To Toe Health MOT campaign is something that I thought would be important to cover on my site. With the state of our healthcare here in the UK, getting an appointment to see the doctor every time you don’t feel well isn’t always possible.

With that in mind, we have to be on the lookout for symptoms ourselves and to conduct an MOT of our body every so often. Whether you’re feeling ill or not quite right in your body, this interactive ‘Head to Toe Health MOT’ tool is useful to figure out what it could be. More importantly, it’s a great way of deciphering whether or not it’s something serious or fairly common that can be treated with over-counter medicine or rest.

The Head to Toe Health MOT is useful for helping understand what is a cause for concern and what may be fairly common in nature. This MOT diagram helps you listen to your body and may help you understand your body more, going forward.

I think it’s natural for many of us to feel worried about our health, especially as we get older. We definitely become a little more conscious of our health and well-being and I’ve definitely felt that as I’ve hit my 30s. You’re aware that your body doesn’t recover or move in the same way as it did when you were in your early twenties or teenage years. It’s something that’s sobering and makes you realise how important it is to ensure your health is in tip-top condition.

If you’re concerned about your health and well-being, it’s important not to panic. There are plenty of helpful resources and contacts for those who want a professional opinion before they go to their doctor or into your local A&E. Hopefully, you’ll learn a lot about your body with this interactive health MOT diagram. The interactive diagram is something you can hover over to reveal common queries regarding that body part. If you answer yes to any of them, then it’s certainly worth pursuing it further with a healthcare professional. For those with concerns, you can call the NHS on 111 which is their non-emergency number and in situations that are more serious, 999 is the best option.

Do you regularly assess your body for any potential health problems? Let me know in the comments below how you look after your body.
