I am finding myself looking at designer and luxury fashion more and more as I grow my blogging business. I’ve realised that my wardrobe now needs to start consisting of quality over price. And I’ve found that with a lot of my luxury pieces like my bags, for instance, are lasting much longer than usual. So I’ve picked out a few luxury fashion picks as a wishlist for SS19.
Day Wear
From top left to bottom right – Checked cotton-blend blazer (£630) | Logo cropped boxy T-shirt (£150) | High-rise linen pants (£510) | Jensen suede Chelsea boots (£410)
I love me some linen clothing and that’s why I picked out these linen trousers. I really love wearing linen during spring and summer because it’s such a nice, breathable fabric. I’m also all for the elasticated waistband because I know that when I wear these, I’m likely going to be on my holidays and drinking my whole body in booze and food. A simple white t-shirt and pair with some Chelsea boots, I think this makes for a really nice casual day look. Blazers are fast becoming my favourite trend, of which I’ve invested in a couple already. This makes a great piece of outerwear when it gets chilly in the evening.
Holiday Wear
Me and Sam are desperate to go away at the end of the summer and have a holiday. However, it all depends on how much we manage to save towards our wedding over the next few months. So for now, it’s all about dreaming when it comes to the holiday wardrobe.
From left to right – Delila Button-embellished Silk-chiffon And Crepe De Chine Dress (£1,065) | Triangular heel leather sandals (£340) | Musubi Milli Small Knotted Suede Shoulder Bag (£435) | Lamp Denim Jacket (£99)
Yellow has turned out to be one of my favourite colours to wear, however, I always need to be fake tanned to pull it off. I love a whitewashed denim jacket and I think this outfit goes well with some nice slip-on white leather sandals and finished off with a suede brown shoulder bag.
Evening Wear
I love going out and it’s something that I intend to do more of over these next few months, instead of spending all my time indoors. So whether it’s a date night or a night out with the girls, this outfit combination is what I’m after.
From left to right – Jimmy Choo Love 100 Metallic Leather Pumps (£495) | ‘Nelson’ splatter print multi hoop earrings (£230) | Double Breasted Faux Leather Trench Coat (£1,235) | Tufi Duek Lace Belted Dress (£1,570)
Red and gold are two colours that compliment each other so well. I love unusual jewelry and I think these gold hoops with black and white flecks of paint are so stylish. A gold heel is a must and this lace red dress is a dream. Top it off with an elegant ivory trench coat and I’ll never want the night to end.
