Tips To Add A Little More Luxury To Your Home

I love the fact that we own our own home and even though our space might be limited somewhat, I’ve managed to find furniture that helps elevate it’s character and features that we fell in love with. I love adding a bit of luxury to the home, so I thought I’d give you some suggestions on the little things you could add to your home to make it feel and look more luxurious.

Change Your Shower Head

A shower head is one way that you can really level up your showering experience and I realised this when we we changed our shower head a few months back. It was a similar shower head but slightly bigger and had this filtration system that allow the water to feel a lot softer and I kid you not, it works a treat. Rainfall shower heads are very popular at this current moment in time and are certainly worth giving a go if your shower head is quite small or is just a basic one you got when you first moved into your property.

Install Designer Radiators

Radiators supply the heat to your rooms and for the most part, they tend to be pretty boring to look at. However, who says you have to be basic? Designer radiators are popular right now because they can provide a feature piece for a room,  just like an exposed brick wall or fireplace would. It might seem like a bit of a hassle to replace your radiators but it’s not as big of a project than you think and the results certainly make up for any pain that’s caused in the process! These uniquely designed radiators should give you a little inspiration if you’re looking to do it.

Go For A Big Standing Mirror

If I had more space in my bedroom, I would have got myself a big standing mirror like this one because I just love how regal and luxurious they look in people’s bedrooms. I also love the effect that mirrors provide on a space and how they reflect the light which instantly floods the room with glorious sunshine. I do plan though to get another mirror for the living space, so keep your eyes peeled for that over the summer.

Get Creative With Art

I love hanging art around our apartment and I still want to get some more done for over the summer. There’s lots of online shops that sell prints in poster format or canvas and these can look great around the home. Find pieces that speak to you and that reflect your personality. You’re the one that will need to see them everyday, so don’t just buy pieces that are popular or are trending. Buy with you in mind!
