So with it being my Mum’s 50th birthday, I wanted to give her some extra special treats and with having a blog this was made all the more possible. Introducing personalised flowers!
Just look how cute this is?! Phillip who was the lovely person I corresponded via e-mail, was very accommodating to what I was after especially as I wanted it to arrive before I left for Liverpool on the Friday. Low and behold it arrived on the Thursday, all packaged and ready to go! I couldn’t help but have a little sneak peak of the rose itself. Now I do not know how they manage to print the writing on such a delicate petal but the message was perfect! Thankfully there were no spelling mistakes or major problems with the rose itself. The only slight negative was that the rose petals had browned slightly but I did go for a natural rose which you’d expect would wilt a little.
The rose comes packaged in a long cardboard box and the rose is wrapped in a clear plastic with some red ribbon tied around the middle. It’s an extra special gift that’s a little bit different. The roses come in Orange, White, Yellow and Pink. There are a few options such as non-personalisation so just the rose at £5.99, a pre-set message for £7.99, a personalised message for £8.99 and then the option of a silk rose for £9.99 that lasts longer than a real rose.
My mum loved the rose and it comes with brief instructions on how to keep the rose fresher for longer. Make sure you try it out here and let me know what you thought. What unusual gifts have you brought for your loved ones?
