Now that I’ve gained some semblance of my waist back after having a course of Hypoxi (which you’ll hear about soon) and hitting the gym, myself and Sam did a spot of shopping to get a few new pieces for our wardrobe. ZARA was a place I never went in because none of it really appealed to me at the time.

The first thing I picked up was the Zara Basics White Ribbed Crop Top (£3.99). I’ve been swaying away from sleeveless or short sleeve tops for a while now because I’d gained weight and therefore lost a lot of muscle in my arms. It had pretty much turned into a ‘bingo wing‘ situation and it made me feel so self-conscious.

It’s a top from ZARA’s basic range and I love how luxuriously soft it is. I’m definitely in need of some new bras because it’s slightly see through but I don’t give a shit to be honest, let them stare.

My body shape is very much big on top and big on the bottom, so the ruffled waist gives me more shape than a standard waistline trouser. I love this ensemble together, it makes me feel super stylish without even really trying.

ZARA is definitely going to be my regular stop when shopping now and I’ve actually created a wishlist already of pieces that I’d like to buy next.
From left to right – Cat Eye Sunglasses (£15.99) | Floral Printed Trousers (£29.99) | Knotted Dress (£29.99) | Khaki Polo Shirt (£29.99) | Floral Printed Blazer (£49.99) | Metal Plate Earrings (£9.99)
Big statement earrings are in trend at the moment so I’d love a pair of these gold metal plate ones. Cat Eye Sunglasses are also back in the frame and I think these leopard print ones are sassy AF. I also desperately want a full suit and this floral one screams me. So if anyone would like to just buy me them, I’d appreciate it.
What do you think of my new clothes? Let me know in the comments below.
