Easing Joint Pain With Joint X | Sci Tec Nutrition

I was scrolling through social media the other day and found a lot of the stars that I grew alongside watching on television and film, are now hitting their 30s and I’m very conscious that I’m flying through my twenties. It’s scary to think that I’m only four years off turning 30 myself. I plan to hit the gym hard in 2019 but one thing I’ve noticed recently is how vulnerable my body is becoming. That’s where Sci Tec Nutrition and it’s latest product Joint X comes in.
Joint X SciTecIt seemed that ever since I turned 22, my body started to find a lot of things harder and I noticed a considerable change in my joints. I love weight training and I find it much more beneficial in helping me lose weight, plus it’s more enjoyable than doing a park run or any running for that matter.

In the past, I’ve taken a variety of supplements to help aid with weight loss and toning up. Although most have been pretty pointless, some of them have helped. Sci Tec Nutrition is a brand I haven’t heard of before but they’ve been around for over twenty years. When it comes putting tablets or shakes in your body, you want to use a reputable company. I got sent the Joint X to try out, a high-quality formula that protects the joints.

Fitness TabletsHeavyweight training can take a toll on the most important joints in our body and as weight training gets more intense, the last thing you want is to do is cause yourself serious injury. Adding supplements like these can help with supporting the body to improve and get stronger without the increased risk of doing damage to it.

You’re to take one capsule, four times a day but I only took them on days I went to the gym. My joints, particularly those in my wrists, are quite weak and therefore I was very interested to see how they’d perform when I was lifting dumbbells. And I have to say, I definitely noticed a difference.

Joint XThe wrists have been the biggest improvement, especially on the left one which is the weakest of the two. The pain isn’t there as much until I get to a heavier weight but I think that’s probably due to only getting back into weight training over the past few months.

Stepping into the new year, I’m looking forward to using this product more as I aim to be going at least 2-3 times a week. It’s great to have a product that can help reduce pain in joints. I think this tends to be a contributing factor to giving up or become de-motivated during a gym session.

What do you think of Sci Tech’s Joint X? Do you think you’d benefit from it? Let me know in the comments below. You can also check out their full range and I’m certainly interested in trying out more of their products, especially the fat burning ones.
