The government should be the first place you turn to when you’re struggling for funds. Speak to them regarding your situation and try to be detailed with what you are paying out as they’ll likely have their guidelines. With the COVID-19 virus, there’s going to be help out there regardless of your situation as the government of your country will want to make sure you’re surviving through this time.
Take Out A Loan
Loans are something to do plenty of research on as you don’t want to pick the wrong one and find that you’re in trouble with hidden fees or interest rates that are through the roof. For a loan after bankruptcy, you have lots of companies out there who will be willing to give you a loan to get yourself back up on your feet.
Ask Utility Bills To Put Payments On Hold
Utility providers are going to be flexible for their customers and one of the problems that comes with struggling money-wise, is that you’d still have household bills coming out. It’s important to let those companies know about your situation and to see what they can do to help. You might also have credit on your account that you might not know about.
Sell Your Old Stuff
And as a final push to get a bit of cash in, there’s always a case of selling some of your stuff online. During times like this, you’ve got everyone working or living in their homes so people will want to buy old board games, DVDs and other forms of entertainment to keep them occupied during this time. Take advantage of other people’s boredom!
