New Year Fashion | with LOTD

We’re already halfway through January and I’m already hitting full steam ahead on UpYourVlog. I’m also planning to come back to YouTube in February and I’ve got some exciting content planned for the year. LOTD also known as Look Of The Day, is a new fashion brand that’s been making waves recently in the fashion industry for their versatile fashion.

Full Outfit from LOTDThe company kindly sent me a gift voucher to treat myself to a few of their pieces and I was very excited to try out their range. The package arrived pretty quickly and here’s what I got.

Cinnamon V Neck Jumper£8.00

First up is this Cinnamon Jumper currently on sale, so probably won’t be online for much longer. It’s slightly cropped so would look beautiful with low-waisted jeans or with a high-waisted skirt for those of us (me) with a Christmas pudge. The jumper has long sleeves which I love and the material is super soft.

I also love the cut of the v-neck which is perfect for my figure. I think my only issue with this jumper is that it could have been more fitted. It doesn’t always look as flattering and I usually have to tuck it into the bottoms that I’m wearing.

Jumper with skirtThese next three pieces go perfectly as an ensemble together. All three I’ve worn together and separately and I love it when a top or trousers can be mixed together with other outfits from my current wardrobe.

Multi-Checked Longline Blazer £12.50 (no longer available)

Long Blazer and T-ShirtAnother one in the sale is this gorgeous checkered long-line blazer and it’s the one thing I’ve wanted in my wardrobe for the past few months. I love the fit of this blazer and it’s just the right length for my height. Shopping for this type of blazer has been difficult because they’ve either been waist height or in the form of a coat so LOTD has definitely found me a winner here.

This Is My New T-Shirt Slogan Tee£5.00

There’s nothing more than a little dry humour slapped on your outfit every now and then and this tee definitely meets the criteria. I love this plain white number with black writing. It’s so simple and goes well with many of my skirts and trousers. A basic but versatile number.

Red Trousers and Boots

Wine Straight Leg Belted Trousers£18.00

I have to say, I’m obsessed with these belted trousers. I’m pretty much set on getting the black version of these with my next pay packet. They are so comfortable to wear, they are elasticated so they fit well over food babies and the colour is just the perfect shade of red.

Side Striped Leggings£5.00

The last of the haul were some striped red and green leggings which are similar to the ones linked above. Unfortunately though, these just didn’t fit me well enough to take photos of. I’m not sure what it is but they are super low-rise and just don’t fit well on my legs.

I think these are definitely more suited for women with more slimmer legs than mine but I do love this style so I need to find the right pair.

What do you think of LOTD? Let me know in the comments below what you’d buy.
