What I’d Do If I Won The Lottery

It’s one of those things you tend to dream about but what would I do if I won the lottery? My decisions have definitely changed since I’ve got engaged, started my blogging business and purchased our own property in London

Travel The World

I wish I got my thirst for travel a lot earlier because I now find myself in a more difficult position to freely travel when I want. It’s my life’s mission to see as much of this beautiful world as physically and financially possible, so if I had a big win on the lottery, I’d go self-employed, taking myself and Sam around the world to explore different cultures and cuisines. There’s so many gorgeous and iconic places to see.

Help The Homeless

Moving to London alerted me to the stark reality of homelessness. It’s everywhere in the capital and it doesn’t really seem to be getting any better. No one should be homeless, especially when it’s a city like London. I know it’s extremely cliche but I would want to work with charities like Shelter and The Homeless Period to help those in need and desperate for another chance in life.

Invest In Our Children

It’s weird to say this when errr I don’t have kids yet and don’t plan to anytime soon but I would want to give them a good start to life with a trust fund. I would want it to go towards their education if they go to university and to any other big life events. But I wouldn’t want them to be spoilt, I’d make sure to teach them the value of money and that they need to work for their own share.

Pay Off My Debts

Aka my student loan. It’s an eyesore every time I receive it in the post, so much so that I now don’t even bother looking at the total. If I could pay off my student loan with my winnings, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I think it’s also a shame that the price of studying has gone up so much because it’s put a lot of people going off to university. University was such a big part of my life and it molded me into the person I am – it made me grow up faster.

Do Blogging As A Full-Time Job

Arghhh I’m itching to go full-time with my blog but the income is just not there at the moment. It certainly could be with time so I’ve got to be patient but if I won the lottery, obviously money would not be an issue and I could write to my heart’s content. Which is pretty much the dream, that and writing a novel and becoming a TV star. A girl has to have a few dreams on reserve right?

What would you do if you won the lottery? Let me know in the comments below and let’s day dream together.
